Obit: Esther Sinner A funeral for Esther Sinner,87, of Gering, who died September 8, 1993, at Heritage of Gering, was held Saturday 11, in Gering Memorial Chapel with the Rev. James K. Irwin officiating. Burial was in West Lawn Cemetery with graveside rites by the Rebekah Lodge. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Gering, Western Nebraska Alzheimer's Disease Support Group and to the donor's choice. She was born August 2, 1906, in Ordway, Colorado, to George and Elizabeth (Temmler) Snyder. She came to Nebraska as a young child and received her education here. She married Adam Sinner August 8, 1925, at Gering. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Gering. the Rebekah Lodge and the Royal Neighbors. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Norma and Francis Hedglin of Sidney; sister Lillian Maargheim of Lyman; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in deaath by her husband and sons Marvin and Vernon.
