Bio

Callie Cathern Lockaby was born on 22 July 1885 to George Thomas Lockaby and Agnes Moore Lockaby in Texas. There were twelve siblings in her family. Unnamed Infant, John Moses, Edward M., Thomas Matthew, Margaret Ann (Clay), Robert Calvin, Nancy Florence (Campbell), Lyre Jane, Matthew Luther, Elma Elizabeth (Brack), Georgia (Shawn), and Charlie Floyd. Callie Cathern Lockaby married Charles W. Reed 3 June 1906, Alma, Stephens County, Oklahoma. Six children were born of this union with three dying in infancy. The daughters Alta "Altie" (Williams/Kilgore)), Alice Faye (Morrison) and Allie Mae Reed. Callie is buried in Sunnylane with her husband Charles and daughter Alta Kilgore. There are no tombstones.
