ELIZABETH GREENWALT SERVICES AT ORD Elizabeth Greenwalt, of Elyria, died June 19, 1993 at St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island. Mrs. Greenwalt was born November 19, 1909 in Valley County, NE to George and Maria (Solak) Benben. She grew up in the Ord and Elyria area, attending Valley County schools. She was united in marriage to Louie Greenwalt on May 4, 1926 at Elyria. She lived her entire life in the Ord and Elyria area. She was a member of the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and the Altar Society. She is survived by her husband, Louie; daughters, Mrs. Maurus (Dolores) Eiberger of St. Paul, NE and Mrs. Jack (Rita) Lliteras of Grand Island; a sister, Verna Osinski of Barrington, IL; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and four sisters. Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 23, at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Fr. Jim O'Kane officiating. The organist was Elsie Furtak and the soloist was Bernice Johnson. Pallbearers were Scott Eiberger, David Eiberger, Maury Eiberger, John Eiberger, Ron Eiberger and Tom Lliteras. Honorary pallbearers were Jack Lliteras, Jim Eiberger, Maurus Eiberger, Ron Clinch, Floyd Kosch, Paul Wolfe and Richard Lliteras. Burial was in the Ord Catholic Cemetery. Ord Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
