Frank J. Kaspar, 74, of Gulfport died Monday at Palms of Pasadena in South Pasadena. A native of Prague, Neb., he moved to this area from Groton, Conn., in 1965. He was master chief petty officer for the U.S. Coast Guard and an employee with St. Petersburg Parks and Recreation Department. He was a member of American Legion, Disabled American Veterans 13 and Moose Lodge, both in St. Petersburg. He is survived by a son, Ken Prine, of Burlington, N.C.; two sisters, Frances Deputy of Boise, Idaho, and Lydia Fiala of Phoenix; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
