OBITUARY FUNERAL SERVICES FOR C.E. WILLIAMS SUNDAY AFTERNOON Funeral services for Charles E. Williams, aged 25 years, 712 East Twelfth avenue, who died Saturday morning following a short illness, were held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at Pisgah Ridge cemetery where interment was made. The rites were conducted by Rev. Joe E. Green, paster of the Eleventh Avenue Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, three children, Jack, Charles and Juanita; parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.S. Williams, two brothers, Jordan [Judson] and Harvey Williams, and a sister, Mrs. I.C. Pool [Poole], all of Corsicana, and other relatives. Pallbearers were Jack Russell, Fred Pinkston, Budy Farris, Wiley Elliott, Calvin Brannon, W. McDaniel and Troy Cooley. Corley Funeral Home directed the funeral arrangements. Buried at David White Cemetery "Pisgah Ridge", died of Typhoid Fever Note: Son of Rev. James Sampson Williams and Della Caldonia McAfee. Married 1) Inez Bosley, 2) Floy Springer 3) Ruth Gordon.
