Elmer Lee Tomlinson, 68 Elmer Le Tomlinson, age 68 of Llano, Texas (formerly of Coleman) died Tuesday, February 5, 2002 at Llano. Funeral Service was held Thursday, Feb 7 at Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Chapel in Llano with Rev. Richard Vandeventer officiating. Burial followed in Llano City Cemetery. He was born September 10, 1933 in Runnels County, Texas. On September 13, 1958, he and Adalene Tischler were married in Mexico. He was a retired bootmaker. Elmer had lived in Llano for the last 30 years, moving there from Coleman. He owned and operated Tomlinson Boot Shop for 29 years in Llano. He was of Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife Adalene Tomlinson of Llano; three sisters, Nellie Simon of Mt. Pleasant; Wanda Flanagan and Pauline Templin, both of Brownwood; two special friends, Opal Beyer and Kathleen Shoemake, both of Llano; numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.B. and Rosa Lee (Felty) Tomlinson and five brothers and one sister. Pallbearers were Tommie Tomlinson, Mike McDonald, R.L. Holtz, J.W. Holtz, Olen Holtz, and Bill Turner. Honorary pallbearers include his many friends. Memorials may be made to Hospice. Obituary contributed by Anita Calk
