Bio

Gussie's first marriage was to Worthie Lee Wilemon. Services for Mrs. Gussie Mae Stafford Green, 74, of Longview, will be at 2 p.m. on Monday at the Longview Church of God, with the Reverend W. R. Dykes officiating. Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home. Mrs. Green died on Friday night at a local hospital following a short illness. A native of Alabama, Mrs. Green moved to Longview in 1938 and was a member of the Longview Church of God. Survivors include her husband, James Edward Green; two sisters, Mrs. Jessie Ferguson of Longview, and Mrs. Ruby Eastis of Bessemer, Alabama; and a number of nieces and nephews.
