Eusties Chlebek Edna—Services for Eusties "Dusty" Chlebek, 66, of Edna, who died Friday in an Edna hospital, will be at 10 a. m. Monday at St. Agnes Catholic Church. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery, under the direction of Slavik Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 7 p. m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mr. Chlebek was born April 1, 1924, in Schulenburg, and was the son of the late Frank and Mary Brazda Chlebek. He was an oil field heavy equipment operator and a World War II Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Henrietta Chlebek of Edna; two daughters; two sons; and eight grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Johnny Chlebek, Kimmy Bram, Michael Genzer, Maurice Hoffman, Norman Glaze and James Tompkins Victoria Advocate , May 6 & 7, 1990
