Marcella "Babe" Pustejovsky Kittock, 76, passed away Feb. 21, 2010, from Alzheimer's disease. A Memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 10, at The Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, in Abbott, Texas. Marcella was born in Abbott, Texas, to the late Joe D. and Mary Kolar Pustejovsky. Marcella graduated from Abbott High School in 1951 and worked as a registered nurse for over forty years. She enjoyed gardening, volunteering at church/community and celebrating her Czech heritage. Marcella is especially remembered for making sock monkeys when a child was added to her extended family. Marcella was preceded in death by her husband, Larry; two daughters, Mary Jo and Cecile; and brother, Dan. She is survived by her daughter, Jeanne Webber and husband, Duane; grandchildren, Veronika and Sergei; sisters, Dorothy Gerik and husband, Edwin, Barbara Kazda and husband, Richard; sister-in-law, Flo Pustejovsky; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
