Bio

Anna Macht, wife of Gottlieb Macht of Julesburg, died Sunday following an illness of two years. Rosary service was conducted at 8 o'clock Tuesday night at the Austin Funeral home and the funeral was conducted at 9:30 Wednesday morning at St. Anthony's church by Rev. John Madsen of Oshkosh. Burial was made in the Ovid cemetery, with her sons acting as pallbearers. Mrs. Macht was born in Russia July 20, 1896, and came to the United States in 1910, settling first at Topeka. In 1928 the family came to Sedgwick County.
