Son of James Vernon Jolly and Annie Numan FRITCH - John V. Jolly, 79, died Wednesday, May 12, 1993 in Chandler, Ariz. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church of Fritch with the Rev. Dan Flemming, pastor, officiating. He was a native of Archer County, Texas. He was a shift superintendent for Phillips Petroleum Company and retired in 1972 after 37 years. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Fritch. He and his wife, Lillie Dell, had been married 56 years. Survivors include his wife of the home; three sons, Ned Jolly of Mesa, Ariz.; Ted Jolly of Houston; and Bill Jolly of Gilbert, Ariz.; seven sisters; two brothers, Roy Jolly of Riverside, Calif.; and Wesley Jolly of Tahoka; 14 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch. He was a native of Archer County, Texas.
