Bio

Her husband Major Mexia Harwell was the informant on her death certificate. She and her daughter Agnes Lucille, age 6, both died of the flu on November 1, 1918. Her parents are listed as W J [William Jefferson] Hailey and Sallie Stephenson. Four children: Agnes Lucille 1911-1918, Elizabeth 1914-2005, Katherine 1915-1996, Walter Woodrow 1917-1964.
