Edward J. Orsak BORGER - Edward J. "Eddie" Orsak, 61, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 1998. A prayer service will be at 7 p.m. today in Minton / Chatwell Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Friday in St. John's Catholic Church by Monsignor Norbert Kuehler, pastor. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. Friday in Rowe Cemetery at Hedley. Mr. Orsak was born in Seymour and graduated from Seymour High School in 1954. He married Barbara Darnell in 1958 at Clarendon. He moved to Borger from Austin in 1969. Mr. Orsak retired from American National Insurance in 1988 after 30 years of service. He was a member of St. John's Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife; a son, Greg Orsak of Austin; three daughters, Lisa Roden of Borger, Sharon Terry of Dallas and Jana Benton of Wichita Falls; his mother, Lillian M. Orsak of San Antonio; two brothers, Jerry Orsak of San Antonio and Lawrence Orsak of Mathis; and a grandchild.
