This is Mathilda A. "Mattie" Turek, born 22 Apr. 1888 in Bell Co., TX, married 1st Adolph Rudolph Popp (FAG #50841453). They had 4 children: Eugene Fremond (FAG #128997009), Esther, Edmond Lee, and Billy Adolf (FAG#7088677). After Adolph's death in 1938, she remarried in 1939 to William Otto "Bill" Fritsche. (Her stone with his name on it at West Brethren gives his name as W.D. (Bill) with no death date). William remarried after Mattie's death in 1975, on 5 Feb 1976 to Mary A. Kovar (b. 21 Jan. 1903 in La Grange, Fayette Co., TX, d. Jan. 1995 in Fayette Co., TX). William died 30 Dec. 1983 in LaGrange, Fayette Co., TX.
