Bio

Norman Carpenter married Sujane Mouser on 31 December 1951 at Graham, Young County, Texas. Norman Carpenter was born at Bush Knob, Texas. He was an the owner and operator of Falcon Industries. He was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ. He was involved with Little League baseball for 15 years. Mr. Carpenter graduated from Graham High School, he attended Tarleton University, North Texas State Teachers University, Texas Christian University where he received his bachelor's degree. He wrote the sports column for The Graham Leader for many years. Mr. Carpenter was a veteran of the US Air Force from 1950-1958. Survived by his wife; his mother; sons -Norman B. Carpenter, Mark D. Carpenter, Steve L. Carpenter; sister - Lavelle Garrison; brother - Grady Powell Carpenter; two grandchildren.
