DEBRA CAY DARST VICTORIA - Debra Cay Nicely Darst , 51, of Victoria, passed away Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010. She was born March 7, 1958, in Ronceverte, W.Va., to Denzil Charles and Rose Mary Kleiber Nicely of Victoria. She was a loving homemaker. In addition to her parents, Debra is survived by her husband, David Darst of Victoria; two sisters, Linda Aiken Vandale and husband Brian of Victoria, and Margaret Crowe and husband Wendell of Rome, Ga.; brother, Donald Nicely and wife Julie of Victoria; nieces and nephews, Lisa, T.J. and Brandi Kouches, Taylor Darst and Emma Darst; and brother-in-law, Mike Darst of Victoria. She was preceded in death by a brother, Curtis Nicely. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening, Feb. 2, 2010 from 6-8 p.m. at Grace Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 3, 2010 at Grace Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Otsiwah officiating. Burial will follow at Resurrection Mausoleum. Pallbearers are David Darst, Mike Darst, Donald Nicely, Johnny Darst, Brian Vandale, and John Sweeney. Honorary pallbearers are Charles Aiken Jr. (in spirit), Annette Garcia, Curtis Nicely (in spirit), Kelly Aiken, Casey Nicely, Renee Deyton, Tiffany Aiken Bias, Ashley and Allison Webster, Jacob Darst, Lacey Darst, and Garet Darst, Sarah and Josh Hobbs, and Charles Aiken. Memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation or to Hospice of South Texas. Grace Funeral Home in charge of services. Victoria Advocate February 2, 2010.
