Bio

Services for Mrs. Ophelia Bell Young, 86, were held in the First Methodist Church officiated by Rev. Bruce Weaver. She had been in ill health since 1958. [She passed away in the Sunnydale Rest Home. Burial was to have been on 14 May 1963.] Ophelia Bell Stevenson married R.H. Young at Finis, Texas on 28 July 1907. The couple moved to the Henry Chapel Community in Young County in 1916. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Young was a member of the Methodist Church. Survived by one son - Sam Young; one granddaughter; one great-granddaughter; one sister - Mrs. Laura Logan.
