Bio

Mrs. Manie Lee Birmingham, 84, died Tuesday night in Garland. She was a former Delta County resident. Funeral services will be held at 2:30PM Thursday at First Baptisit Church in Cooper, with Stafford Todd officiating Burial in Lake Creek Cemetery will be by Delta Funeral Home. Mrs. Birmingham was born Oct. 19, 1891, in Tupelo, Mississippi, a daughter of Alverado and Mary Jane Womack Stewart. Her husband, Earl L. Birmingham, preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Dalford (Pansy) Todd of Dallas and Mrs. James (Betty Earlene) Holcomb of Dallas; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A son, Roland Birmingham preceded her in death Aug. 14, 1975.
