MOULTRIE COUNTY NEWS (Sullivan, Illinois) - Thu - 26 Dec 1963 Harry H. Dugan, 70, of Lovington, died at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, in St. Mary's Hospital, Decatur. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday in the McMullin Funeral Home in Lovington with the Rev. Alec Landford, pastor of the Lovington Christian Church, officiating. Burial was in Kellar Cemetery. Harry Dugan was born June 27, 1893, in Lovington, the son of Thomas and Mary Ellen Dugan. He was a lifelong resident of Lovington and was a contractor for well-drillers. He is survived by his wife, Gertie; sons, Harold of Oakley, Vern of Shelbyville, Ivan of Sullivan, Floyd of Oakley, and Harry Arthur of Sullivan; daughters, Mrs. Mildred Turner of Argenta, Mrs. Mary Alice Brown of Decatur, Mrs. Marcella Howard of Lexington, Ky., and Mrs. Helen Webb of Thornton, Colo.; sisters, Mrs. Cora Coward of Lovington and Mrs. Zelma Daniels of Decatur; and a brother, Lewis of Springfield; 28 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
