Bio

Louis Bay Dugan of Springfield died Wednesday at Memorial Medical Center. Born in Moultrie County, Mr. Dugan was the son of Thomas H. and Mary Ellen Conwell Dugan. A retired machinist, Mr. Dugan was employed at the Hummer Manufacturing Co. for 31 years. He was a member of the Harvard Park Baptist Church and the International Association of Machinists. Surviving are his wife, Gladys O.; one daughter, Mrs. Robert A. (Drucilla) Haynes; one sister, Mrs. Zelma Daniels of Decatur; two grandchildren. Services at Bisch Memorial Home. Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery. State Journal-Register, Springfield, IL, 2-6-1975
