The Salt Lake Tribune Tuesday, October 8, 1974 page 27 ERVIN ROMERO Ervin Romero, 71, 146 West 800 South, died Oct. 6, 1974 at home after a short illness. Born March 23, 1903 at Mount Pleasant to Andrew and Hannah Poulson Romero. He married Eleanor Nelson Sept. 7, 1926, Salt Lake City; solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died Sept. 7, 1973. He married Alice Sorensen April 6, 1974 at Elko, Nevada. He was an electrician with General Electric. Survivors: wife; sons and daughter, Glen E., Lester R., Mrs. V. B. (Fern) Middaugh, all of Salt Lake City; Floyd R., Seattle, Wash.; Howard N., Logan; 18 grandchildren; brothers and sister, James and Mrs. Faunda Bybee, both of Soda Springs, Idaho; and Forrest of Tulsa, Okla. Funeral Thursday noon at 260 E. South Temple where friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 p.m., or an hour before services. Burial at Redwood Memorial Estates.
