Bio

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Etta Johnson, age 65, of Warren, Texas, will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2002, at 10 a.m. at the Ardoin Memorial Chapel in Oakdale. Rev. Carrol Teal will officiate the services. Burial will follow in the Occupy #1 Cemetery in Pitkin under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Oakdale. Mrs. Johnson passed away on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002, at her sister's residence in Pitkin. Visitation will begin on Monday, Dec. 2, 2002, in the Ardoin Funeral Home in Oakdale at 3 p.m. and continue until 9 p.m.. On Tuesday visitation will resume in the funeral home from 8 a.m. until time of services. Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband, James A. Johnson of Warren, Texas one son, Michael Jeter of Lexington Park, Md. two daughters, Mrs. Steve (Latane) Johnson of Latexco, Texas, and Mrs. Anton (Diane Jeter) Krolczyk of Lusby, Md. one brother, Brown Maricle of Buna, Texas one sister, Thelma Maricle McMullen of Pitkin and six grandchildren, Bradley Shane, Bryan Anthony, and Anton John Krolczyk, Cody Rane and Zoe Latane Johnson, and Ted Garza.
