Bio

Herald Coaster, May 16, 1974: Funeral services for Jerry Humpola, 55, of 1101 Sixth St., Rosenberg, longtime Rosenberg photographer, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, with Msgr. J.J. Tydlacka and the Rev. T.W. Kappe officiating. Burial will be in West Gethsemane at Greenlawn Memorial Park on the Needville Highway. A Knights of Columbus rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Friday in the Triska Funeral Home Chapel and a parish rosary at 8:15. Mr. Humpola died early Thursday morning at Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital after having been rushed there by ambulance earlier. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Margaret Humpola; two brothers, Cyril Humpola of Rosenberg and Frank Humpola of Houston; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday at the Triska Chapel and until 9 a.m. Saturday.
