SANDPOINT, Idaho, March 17, 1956 Mrs. Bartch, who was born in Newark, Neb., died Thursday at Bonners Ferry, where she was residing with a daughter, Mrs. Ann Vernon. She was the widow of William Bartch, who died March 13, 1955. Her first husband, Walter Paul Morrell, died June 16, 1944. She had resided in Dover since her second marriage, and was a member of the Reorganized church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at Sagle. She was also a member of the Women of the Moose and of the auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars here. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Taylor, Sagle, and Mrs. Winifred Melior and Mrs. Vernon, both of Bonners Ferry; 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild." Funeral services for Mrs. Pearl Bartch, 59, will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. in the Moon funeral chapel with Elder V. A. Verhei officiating. Sister Pearl (Morrell) Bartch passed away in a Bonners Ferry, Idaho hospital on March 15. She had been visiting at the homes of her daughters, Mrs. Ann Vernon and Mrs. Winnie Melior. Another daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Taylor lives at Sagle. Sister Bartch was fifty-nine years old and had been an active member of the church for forty years. Funeral services were held at the Moon Chapel in Sandpoint and conducted by Pastor V. A. Verhei. There was a large attendance of friends and relatives. Sister Bartch had resided in, and near, the Sagle Branch most of the time since becoming a member, and lived to see her three daughters and twelve of her sixteen grandchildren, active in the church. She also leaves two great-grandchildren.
