Henry Macek of Ft. Worth Dies; Rites Held Tues. Henry Macek, 61, died in Ft. Worth on November 30. Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian Church in West, Tuesday afternoon, December 2. Rev. Evans officiated. Burial was at the Bohemian National Cemetery. Mr. Macek was born in 1898 in Welcome, Texas. He was a member of the SPJST Lodge. He is survived by two sisters; Mrs. August Marek of Abbott, and Mrs. Olga Chapman of Ft. Worth; one brother, John Macek of Chicago, Ill. The West News, West, Texas, Volume 69, No. 31, Ed. 1 – Friday, December 4, 1959
