Joe Gallaher, 87, was the husband of Laura Ann Springer and the son of Joseph Noah and Martha Elizabeth "Lizzie" Merrimen. Joe was the paternal grandson of Joseph Gillespie and Rhoda Ann Lay Gallaher and the maternal grandson of James Harris and Frances Shields Merriman. MAH
