Mason born Comanche Co., TX - died Avoca, TX info per DorHolub ------------------------- Henry David White married Pearlee Tunnell in 1896 at Comanche, Texas. The couple moved to Jones County in 1900 from Santa Anna. Services for Henry David White, 77, were held at Avoca Methodist. Mr. White was Methodist and a retired farmer. Mr. White served as Jones County Commissioner for Precinct #2 for several years. Survived by his wife; four sons - T.E., Hilton, Jesse and L.M. White; four daughters - Mrs. Ovis Swafford, Mrs. G.E. Hanson, Mrs. Ollie Culwell, Mrs. Ralph Smith; three brothers - M.P., R.A. and Jesse A. White; four sisters - Mrs. H.B. Painter, Mrs. Ellen Irby, Mrs. Silas Cranfill, Mrs. G.C.
