Husband of Louisa Muenzler born Gonzales Co., TX - died east of Avoca, TX - info per Dorholub ------------------------- Services for George G. Muenzler, 78, were held at the Methodist Episcopal Church at Avoca officiated by F.O. Garner, pastor and Joel V. Grimes of the Baptist church. Mr. Muenzler was a member of the Methodist Church since 1872. He was a farmer. George G. Muenzler married Louisa Grebe in 1885 at Palmer, Texas. The couple moved to Jones County in 1905 from Ellis County. Survived by his wife; one son - Fred Muenzler; four daughters - Mrs. Ella McLain, Mrs. Nettie McLellan, Mrs. Ollie Waldrip and Mrs. Della Waltrip, 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
