Wife of W.G. Ludecke Married 03/09/1935 Abilene Reporter July 29, 1999 Doris E. Ludecke STAMFORD - Doris E. Ludecke, 83, died Monday in an Abilene hospital. Services will be at 3 p.m. today in the Stamford First Baptist Church with the Revs. Jay Abernathy and Jack Riddlehoover officiating. Burial will be in the Spring Creek Cemetery in Avoca, directed by Tankersley Funeral Home of Stamford. Mrs. Ludecke was born in Radium and was a lifetime resident of the Stamford area. She was the widow of William Ludecke, whom she married on March 9, 1935 in Stamford. She was a homemaker and a Methodist. Survivors include one son, Harold Ludecke of Stamford; one daughter, Sheralon Lindsey of Mexia; one brother, Barry Lusk of Sierra Vista, Ariz.; six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. contributed by Cathy Morgan - Jan., 2013 -------------------------
