Bio

Youngest daughter and child of our GG-Grandparents Lewis Alexander Boteler GRIFFITH and Amanda Cordella KNODE GRIFFITH. Amy was the cousin of our maternal grandmother, Merle Evelynne Griffith Logan; eldest daughter of Lincoln and Ora Jane Beals Griffith. She married to Albert Arthur Beals 21 August 1890, in College Springs, Page County, Iowa. Albert was the brother of our maternal G-Grandmother, Ora Jane Griffith. Five years after Albert's death, Amelia remarried to Loyal Jay Barnhill in 1910 Beals, Griffith, and their connecting family members are interred at the Maple Hill Cemetery in Section 71-E.
