Services Tuesday For Roy Francis Funeral services for Roy N. Francis, 50, retired farmer of Hall county, who died Sunday in a Wichita Falls hospital, were held Tuesday morning in the Murphy-Spicer Chapel. The Rev. R.L. Self of Estelline and Rev. Robert Knight of Kirkland conducted the service. Burial was at Fairview cemetery. Francis was born in Troup, Tex. and lived in this county about 15 years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Roy N. Francis of Dallas; four daughters: Mrs. Burton Sears, Irene Francis and Betty Joy all of Dallas and Mrs. Don R. Stephens of Memphis; four sons, Cecil, James, Douglas and Davis all of Dallas; two sisters, Mrs. Perry Stroud of Tell and Mrs. Ben Cook of Quanah and a brother, John E. Francis of Hobbs, N.M., and 8 grandchildren. Pall bearers were Ben Cook, Perry Stroud, O.D. Phillips, J.H. Martin, Vernon Fowler and Earl Richards, all brother-in-laws. Funeral arrangements were conducted by Murphy-Spicer.
