Carolyn Ann Holt Collins, age 60, passed way on Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2005. She was born on July 4,1945 in Ennis,TX. to Hershel and Wilma (Slovak) Holt. Carolyn married Wayne Collins on Sept. 15,1968 in Ellis County. Carolyn is survived by her husband, Wayne of Montague; mother, Wilma Holt; two brothers, R.D. Holt and wife Brenda and Michael Ray Holt, all of Ennis; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.Graveside Service was held at the Myrtle Cemetery in Ennis.
