Born in the village of Vomice, town of Ivancice, county of Brno, Moravia, Austrian Empire (now in the Czech Republic), the son of John and Mary (Horncek) Brzobohaty. ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' Butler County Press (David City, Nebr.), December 12, 1918, p. 6, col. 2 Brainard. John Bohaty died Wednesday, Dec. 4, from pneumonia at his home in Loma. Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 7, conducted by Rev. Father Mlejnek of Touhy. Mr. Bohaty was 66 years of age. He leaves a wife and several children.
