s/o Daniel Albright & Henrietta Trepel Obituary provided by Frankie Randall . ================================================= The following obituary was published in the Rosenberg Herald on July 3, 1942: "Herman Albright" Funeral services for Herman Albright, age 74 years, were held at the W.O.W. Cemetery in Rosenberg, Monday, June 29, 1942, at 5 p.m. Rev. Thomas Musser conducted the services in the presence of a host of relatives and friends. Interment took place in the W.O.W. Cemetery. The Foerster Funeral Home of Rosenberg had charge of funeral arrangements. Mr. Albright's death occurred in El Campo, Saturday, June 27, 1942. He was born in Germany on April 4, 1868. His wife preceded him in death in 1929. Deceased is survived by four sons, Louis, Gilbert and Henry Albright all of Boling and Emil Albright of Beasley; five daughters, Mrs. Annie Ganske and Mrs. Lillian Ganske, both of Needville, Mrs. Louise B. Rose of Houston, Mrs. Minnie Folk of Boling and Mrs. Ida Schroeder of Brenham; two step-children, Mrs. Emma Schroeder of Kenney and Herman Graff of Sealy; one brother, Gus Albright of Rosenberg and twenty-five grandchildren. The following verse was written in his memory by his daughter, Mrs. Leo Ganske: God has called our father Away from a world of strife, to shine among the angels, In a fairer brighter life. Safe in the arms of Jesus, Safe from all grief and sin, Forever and forever. When all is pure within Our hearts are full of sorrow, And tears have dimmed our eyes, But we shall meet him once again On the home beyond the skies. * * * * * * * * * * * * * Suggested edit: Please note on this memorial that the German spelling of Albright is 'Albrecht' All the Albrechts that lived in Washington County and then relocated to Ft.
