A formal obituary not found in Waxahachie newspaper. Lena Mae Jenkins parents were Samuel Sidney "Sam" Jenkins and Susan Elizabeth Hargrove ) Funeral services for Mrs. W. A. Bearden (Lena Mae Jenkins) were held Sunday at Bethel Methodist Church. burial was in Bethel Cemetery. Pallbearers were J. H. Sims, Stanley Murdock, L. R. Wakeland, George Oglesby, and Oscar Curry, all of Box, and Boaz Cockerham of Waxahachie.
