BARTLETT — Services for John "Pop" Klepac, 91, of Schwertner will be 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in New Corn Hill with Msgr. Emilian Foltyin officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery. Mr. Klepac died Sunday, April 4, in a Bartlett nursing home. He was born on Jan. 25, 1919, to Henry and Mary Neumann Klepac in Corn Hill. He was a machinist and owner of "Pop and Sons Shop" in Schwertner for more than 50 years. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church at Corn Hill. He was a lifetime resident of Schwertner. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Tillie Janosec Klepac. Survivors include two sons, Jerry Klepac and Bennie Klepac, both of Schwertner; three brothers, Eddie Klepac and Charlie Klepac, both of Temple and Rudy Klepac of Conroe; a sister, Mary Turner of Taylor; five grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Goodnight Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.
