Bonham Daily Favorite 26 Jan 1988 Ima Arledge Graveside services for Mrs. Ima Arledge, age 87, of Bonham were held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 25 at Willow Wild Cemetery under the direction of Wise Funeral Home in Bonham. The Reverend Donald Griffith of First Christian Church officiated. Mrs. Arledge was born August 18, 1900 in Yoakum, Texas. She was the daughter of Richard Benjamin Thrift and Lily Hollan. She married James H. Arledge in 1934. He preceded her in death on April 25, 1963. She attended Baylor Belton College and Baylor University. In 1918 she was elected Baylor Beauty. She was a member of First Christian Church in Bonham. She is survived by a daughter, Gloria Cullom of Pleasanton; one grandson, James Charles Cullom of Lufkin; two granddaughters, Carmille Morgan of Ivanhoe and Charlotte Harris of Athens. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
