Alice Vaughn, 87, of Huxley died June 13, 2003 in Center. Burial was in Strong Cemetery. Born February 3, 1916, in Shelby County, she was the daughter of Sanford Snider and Cassie Lorraine Gordon. Ms. Vaughn is survived by daughters, Agnes Bryan of Athens, Bertha Lee Raymond of Huxley, Mildred Dillard of Center and Joan O'Rear of Huxley, son, Edward Vaughn of Nacogdoches. Mangum Funeral Home.
