Bio

Braulio Tamez Zapata was one of the first Hispanic police officers in the Dallas Police Department. In 1963, he was serving in the DPD Homicide Department and their C.I.S. team, and was stationed at the Trademart, where JFK was to have given his speech, when he was assassinated.
