Mrs. Julia Cocek Dies At Waco Mrs. Julia Marie Cocek, 61, of Waco, died at 5 p.m. Wednesday, September 7, at her home. Funeral services were held in the Catholic Church at West at 9 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. E.J. Polcak officiating. Burial was in the Catholic Cemetery at West. Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Frank Concillo of Waco, Mrs. Searcy H. Johnson of Birmingham, Ala., and Mrs. David E. Howard of Houston; two sons, Anton J. Cocek of Waco and Emmitt Cocek of Houston; a brother, Johnny Mynar of Waco. Active pallbearers were E.L. Barton, Robert Cervenka, Jr., Raymond Nemecek, Rudolph Merenda, Eddie Fickle, Frank Cocek, Jr. The West News, West, Texas, Volume 60, No. 18, Edition 1, Friday, September 16, 1949, page 1.
