Ex-Resident Of West Dies WEST Mrs. Millie Sykora, 87, of Dallas, formerly of West, died Monday night in a Dallas hospital. Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Jerome J. Crane Funeral Home Chapel in Dallas. Requiem mass will be celebrate at 1 p.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West, Rev. Robert Sykora officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. The body will be at Kotch Funeral Home in West from 8 a.m. until Noon. Mrs. Sykora was born in West and lived there until she moved to Dallas in 1966. She was a member of St. Edward's Altar Society and St. Edward's Catholic Church in Dallas. Survivors include a son, Adolph Sykora of Kennewich, Wash.; two daughters, Mrs. Frank (Agnes) Mach and Mrs. B.Q. (Bessie) McDaniel, both of Dallas; four sisters, Mrs. Albina Thomas of Dallas, Mrs. Hattie Pareya of West, Mrs. Mary Wells of San Antonio and Mrs. Janie Gallman of Bellmead; two grandchildren; one great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
