4-Year-Old Mary Helen Sulak Dies Four-year-old Mary Helen Sulak, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Abdon A. Sulak of Route 2, Itasca, passed away at the family home on Monday. Funeral services were conducted by Father Merkel at Our Lady of Mercy Church, Hillsboro, on Wednesday morning. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery at West. Survivors are the parents; a brother, Ab John Sulak; two sisters, Lydia Rose and Josephine Sulak, all of Route 2, Itasca; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert F. Sulak of Hillsboro and Mrs. and Mrs. John A. Divin of Itasca; and great-grandparents Anton Rejcek and Mrs. Rosina Urbanovsky of West.
