Mrs. Sulak's Last Rites Held Tuesday Funeral services for Mrs. Agnes Sulak, 86, of West, were held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Church of the Assumption in West, Msgr. I.J. Valenta officiated with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery. Aderhold-Moore Funeral Home was in charge of services. Mrs. Sulak died at 10:15 p.m. Sunday in a Waco nursing home. Mrs. Sulak was born in Czechoslovakia. She was a longtime resident of West. She was a member of the Church of the Assumption in West. Survivors are two sons, Ed Sulak and Frank Sulak, both of West; three daughters, Mrs. John Lichnovsky, Mrs. Adolph Grellhesl, Mrs. Milford Webb, all of West; one brother, Tom Pustejovsky of Leroy; one sister, Mrs. Mamie Cepak of Abbott; 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren.
