Miss Snokhous Dies; Rites Set For Saturday Miss Sophia Snokhous, age 53, of Route 2, West, died at 5:45 a.m. Thursday in a Waco hospital. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday in Kotch Funeral Home Chapel in West. Requiem mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Martin's Catholic Church in Tours with Rev. Frank Miller as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery at West. Miss Snokhous was born in West and had lived in the Leroy and West area all of her life. She was a member of St. Martin's Catholic Church of Tours. Survivors are her mother, Mrs. Millie Snokhous of West Rest Haven; 2 brothers, George Snokhous, Route 5, Waco, and August Snokhous, Route 2, We3st; 1 sister, Mrs. Bill (Tillie) Jupe of San Antonio and several nieces and nephews.
