Mrs. Popp's Rites Held Tuesday Mrs. Frank J. (Emma) Popp, 88, of West, died Sunday afternoon in the West hospital. Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Monday in Kotch Funeral Home Chapel in West. Requiem Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West, Rev. Earl Hedberg officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery, at West. Mrs. Popp was born in West. She lived in the West area all her life. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption and of the KJZT Society No. 11 and SPJST Lodge No. 54, West. Survivors include three sons, Joe Popp of Waco, Ben Popp of Rt. 2, Willis, Tex. and Ernest Popp of Boston, Mass.; three daughters, Mrs. Elo (Hattie) Zatopek and Mrs. John (Ruddie) Kubala, both of West, and Mrs. Max (Millie) Diamond of Pasadena; 16 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Elo James Zatopek, Johnny Kubala, Douglas Popp, Kenneth Popp, Roger Diamond, and Billy Schroeder.
