Henry Macicek, 81, Dies; Rites Held Wednesday Henry Macicek, 81, of 412 South Washington St., died Monday afternoon in the West Community Hospital. Rosary was recited at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Kotch Funeral Home Chapel in West. Requiem mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West, Rev. Earl Hedberg officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Mr. Macicek was born in West and lived in the West area all his life. He was a retired farmer and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West and the KJT Society No. 31 of West. He married the former Emilie Dvorsky on Aug. 18, 1914, at West. Survivors include his wife; a son, Frank L. Macicek of Route 4, Hillsboro; two daughters, Mrs. Henry (Christine) Matus of West and Mrs. Robert (Betty) Hutyra of 2705 Baylor, Waco; three sisters, Mrs. Rudolph Vanzura and Mrs. Joe Mynarcik, both of West, and Mrs. Janie Kolenovsky of Galveston; two brothers, John Macicek of West and Louis Macicek of Galveston; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Harry Matus, Marvin Macicek, Larry Macicek, Robert Hutyra, Jr., John Stacha, and Henry Slovak.
