John Lednicky Dies After Short Illness John Lednicky, a young businessman of this city, died at a Waco sanitarium at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28, after an illness of two weeks duration. Mr. Lednicky was well-known and held in high esteem by all who knew him. He was a young man of splendid character, always kind and courteous to his fellowman. He had been in the employee of the West Furniture Company here for several years. Funeral services will be held at the Catholic Church of West at 9:00 a.m. Friday, Jan. 28, Rev. Joseph Pelnar officiating. Interment will be at the Catholic Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, one son, Johnnie, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Lednicky; two sisters, Mrs. Panchek and Miss Olga Lednicky, and three brothers, Edward, George and Emil.
