Pete Ledak, 78, Dies; Services Held Monday Funeral services for Peter (Pete) Ledak, 78, of West were Rev. George Doskocil officiated, held at 9 a.m. Monday at Aderhold Funeral Home in West, and burial was in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in West. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Sunday at Aderhold chapel. Mr. Ledak died at 6:30 p.m. Friday in a Marlin hospital after a confinement of about five months. Mr. Ledak was a native of West. He was a retired textile worker, a veteran of World War I and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4819 in West. He had been employed by the VFW post. Mr. Ledak was a member of the Catholic Church of the Assumption in West. Survivors are one stepson, Joe Cameron of California; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Ann Bouchillon of West; one stepdaughter, Mrs. C.D. Jones of Dallas; and three grandchildren. Pallbearers were John Bakluda, Don Harris, Edd Hykel, Allen Lee, Frank Hubik and Joe Edd Grimm. The West News, West, Texas, Volume 76, No. 37, Edition 1, Friday, January 6, 1967, page 1.
