Life of Sickness Ends for Little Phyllis Ann Jezek Phyllis Ann Jezek, who was sick for the greatest part of her six months on this earth, died at the Providence Hospital in Waco at 7 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, January 24. Funeral services for the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Jezek of West were held at the Chapel of the Aderhold Funeral Home at five o'clock Wednesday afternoon. The Rev. E.J. Polcak officiated. Burial services were at the Catholic Cemetery. Surviving besides her parents are her two sisters, Elizabeth and Rita Jo Jezek.
