Bio

Mrs. Rosalie Holy Dies at Waco Mrs. Rosalie Holy, 62, a resident of this city for some 40 years, passed away at the Providence sanitarium on Tuesday of this week following an illness which had confined her to the hospital for the past two years. Funeral services will be held from Aderhold Funeral Home at 9:30 a.m. and at the Catholic church at 10:00 a.m. Friday, Jan. 8, Rev. E.J. Polcak officiating. Interment will be at the Catholic cemetery. Mrs. Holy was born in Czechoslovakia, coming to the United States and this community when she was 16 years of age. She had resided here since that time with the exception of the past two years at the Providence Hospital. Surviving is her son, William J. Holy, stationed with the U.S. Army at Ft. Sill, Okla.; a brother, Nick Cajkovsky of California; 4 sisters, Mrs. Lena Gerik of West, Mrs. Anna Barton, Mrs. Mary Kudelka and Mrs. Julie Hromodka of Waco.
